In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161 with effect from 28 May 2022, we offer you the opportunity to quickly and easily exercise your right of withdrawal and waive your online order for physical goods or vouchers.

In accordance with the legal exceptions, package tours, travel services and personalised travel advice are expressly excluded from this right of withdrawal.
See Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (sub d and sub e). This legally stipulates that the cooling-off period does not apply to:

• Services related to accommodation, transport, catering or leisure activities (if a specific date has been agreed upon).
• Package tours
